The cover illustration draws from the full breadth of the short stories within, conceived to capture their raw, unsettling tone. Layered, overlapping, and stretched type mirrors the interconnection of themes, narratives, and characters across the collection. The design holds two opposing forces in tension — darkness and optimism — expressed through a deliberate contrast of deep, heavy tones against bursts of bright colour.
